Privacy policy
How information submitted through this website is collected, used, shared with pipe relining specialists and stored.
Who we are
- Trading name: Pipe Relining Match
Full operator and contact details will be published here once the legal entity is registered. In the meantime, use the contact form for any privacy request.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect:
- Your postcode and the problem type you select.
- Whether a CCTV drain inspection has been carried out.
- Any file you choose to attach, such as a CCTV report, photo or video.
- Your name, phone number, email address and any description you provide.
- The page the enquiry came from and the time it was submitted.
We ask for a postcode rather than a street address at the first step, and we don't require an address to submit an enquiry.
Why we collect it
To refer your enquiry to a pipe relining specialist servicing your area, to respond to you, and to understand which pages generate useful enquiries so we can improve the site.
Who we share it with
Enquiry details are shared with one or more independent pipe relining specialists who service the postcode you provided, so they can contact you about an inspection or quote. Those specialists are separate businesses and handle your information under their own privacy practices. We may also use service providers for hosting, email delivery and analytics.
Storage and security
Information is stored using reasonable technical and organisational measures. No online transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction and complaints
You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or make a privacy complaint through the contact form. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and traffic measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. See also our terms of use.
